How to connect the app to the customer database

After your Database server is accessible, you may need to set up your Database engine itself to accept connections from Kepler Technologies server.

When connecting your database to datapine you will need to whitelist our IP addresses to enable our server to access your database.

Use the following IP addresses 197.140.11.136/31,197.140.21.57/29 to allow us to access your database with the provided user.

IP whitelisting is a security feature often used for limiting and controlling access only to trusted users.

IP whitelisting allows you to create lists of trusted IP addresses or IP ranges from which your users can access your domains.
