Auto Suppression
If a user of the Kepler - Attachment Fields Cloud plugin decides to uninstall the plugin, their data will not be automatically deleted for security reasons.
The data of users who have uninstalled the plugin will be retained for a period of 20 days from the date of uninstallation.
At the end of this 20-day period, the user will receive email alerts to notify them of the imminent deletion of all their data (files, configurations, etc.).
The emails will be sent at the following times:
- 10 days after uninstallation (10 days before final deletion).
- 17 days after uninstallation (3 days before final deletion).
- 19 days after uninstallation (1 day before final deletion).
These notifications allow the user to recover their data if needed or to decide to keep it themselves before it is irreversibly deleted from our Stockage Device.
This feature aims to provide additional protection to users and ensure that no important data is lost inadvertently.
User data stored in their personal storage bay will only be deleted if they authorize this action by checking the option 'Delete files after plugin uninstallation' in the SFTP location configuration panel.
However, data stored in our "default" storage bay will be automatically deleted.
This deletion will be carried out after 20 days after uninstalling the plugin.
Manual Delete
Otherwise, if the customer wishes to immediately delete his own data, he can send an email via our channel to explain the reasons and give the effective date of deletion.
This procedure is quite sensitive, the customer should provide a set of proofs to validate this request.
Or just delete file by file in Files Overview config page using Atlassian Jira interface.
