Dashboard: SLA Monitoring Pie Chart

In this page we will show you how to create a SLA Monitoring Pie Chart gadget.
To do this you first need to create a dashboard page and have the necessary permissions as described here Configure Dashboard Section.
How to add it ?
To add the SLA Monitoring Pie Chart gadget to your dashboard, follow these steps:
In your Jira dashboard, click on Add a new gadget.
In the search bar, type SLA Monitoring Pie Chart.
Once you find the SLA Monitoring Pie Chart gadget, click on Add.

Description of the gadget
The SLA Monitoring Pie Chart gadget provides a visual representation of your SLA configurations by displaying a pie chart that breaks down the number of SLAs at each level.
This chart helps you quickly assess the distribution of SLAs across different statuses, such as on-time, at-risk or breached.
Individual Pie Charts for Each SLA: Each SLA configuration is represented by its own pie chart. The chart shows how many SLAs fall within each predefined level, allowing you to easily see where the majority of your SLAs stand.
Color-Coded Levels: The levels are color-coded based on your configuration, making it easy to distinguish between different SLA statuses at a glance.
Automatic Updates: The charts are automatically updated based on real-time SLA data, ensuring that you always have the most current information at your fingertips
Example Scenario:
Imagine you have an SLA configuration called "Response Time SLA" with three levels:
Green: [0,2[ hours (On-time)
Yellow: [2,4[ hours (At-risk)
Red: [4,+∞[ hours (Breached)
The SLA Monitoring Pie Chart will display a pie chart for this SLA, showing the number of SLAs that are on time, at risk, or breached. If most of your SLAs are in the green, it indicates that your team is performing well. However, if you see a large portion in red, it may be time to investigate and take corrective action.
