Autocomple Autocomplete type is a feature in which SQL Custom Field predicts the rest that allows Kepler - SQL Query Fields | Grids & Dashboards custom field to automatically complete the remain of a word typing given by the user.
Autocomplete type Configuration steps
- Choose your datasource created recently here;
- Select Autocomplete customfield type;
- Put Insert your SQL query;
- Put Insert your column alias;
- Insert your column name to display it be displayed ;
- Type of data to selected Choose the loading data type (Manual or Automatique);The
- Select if the search for the entred word should be in all the data returned by the query, or only at the begining;
- Select if the search is case sensitive or not;
- Put the number of characters to enter be entered to start the search;
- The Put the number of results to return during the execution of the returned by the the query;
- You can add dependent fields;
- Test your configuration and click on done.
