The user can use the manipulate the configured Attache fiels file custom field configured by the administrator to store files.
Step 1: Click on Attach file Icon 
to select file.
Step 2: Select Choose a File in the Open dialog appearsthe Opening dialog.
Step 3: The user can use several features of attachement file Then many features become available :
- See informations about the attached file :
- Persone Person who attached file;.
- Maximum size for fiels;
- Extensions TypeConfigured maximum size.
- Allowed extensions.
2. Delete files file from the custom field.
3. Preview images Or save other extensions.
4. Save file.
Step 4: The Attache File Manager controle automatically the attachments according to the administrator's configuration and displays error messages in case of files that do not correspond with to the field configuration.
Case 1: The file extension different of the extension parameter in the configurationextensions are differents from the configuration.
Case 2: File The file size is greater than define size in configuration the defined one
